We arrive downtown and decide to park in the paid parking lot for $5.00 because it was closer to the SUMMERFEST grounds.

We saw this bike sitting there and I just had to take a picture of it.  Definitely NOT a Harley but pretty.

After walking all day at the Museum and then at the Harley Plant, we decided to get something cold to drink and sit for awhile.  Just outside on the sidewalks were lots and lots of vendors and bikes lined the streets.

This gal had the right idea...

I asked a guy that was standing on a table taking pictures to take this one for me.  It is of the street outside the area where I mentioned that we were sitting.

We headed for the SUMMERFEST grounds and you had to have your laminated H.D. Celebration ticket to enter.
After we entered, we were walking along and we met George from Scotland.  What a jolly guy he was.
I asked George if he wears his little 'skirt' thingy on his bike if it blows up in the wind.  He laughed and said he tucks it between his legs under his butt.

Here's George and Jim...

After we left George, we walked around a bit.  In the background you can see the Harley Davidson stage.
It was one of many stages for the bands.  If you look closely, you can see it is almost under the freeway.

Tired of walking, the tram above looked awfully inviting...

We decided that it would be fun to take a 'round' trip on the thing and that way we could see everything and then decide what we wanted to do there.  As this was only Thursday, not everyone had showed up yet so it isn't as crowded as it would be tomorrow (Friday)

This is a Bird's Eye view of the Ford Harley Davidson truck (in the background) that was raffled off.
