Another great day for the Harley Celebration, we got up early and headed for Pilgram Road where the Harley Davidson Plant is.
This is where the motors are built.

We took advantage of the All-You-Can-Eat Pancake Breakfast and then got in line to take the tour of the Harley Plant.

We were told that you couldn't take cameras into the plant so I left it in the bike.  When we got there, they said we just had to put them in a bag to carry.  It was too far to walk back so I didn't take too many pictures of the grounds there.

Headed towards the freeway, we are on our way to the Summerfest grounds again...
Milwaukee's Finest is directing traffic to and from the H.D. Plant.

We stopped at a nearby restaurant for a bite to eat.  Here is Jim.

Then we decided to stop by the Millis Truck terminal.  We washed the bike and Jim chatted with some of the drivers and then we were on our way again....

We left there and headed for the Summerfest grounds.  When we got there, there was a man setting up a tiny tripod so he could take pictures of his friend and himself.  I asked if they would like for me to take the picture of them and they were anxious to let me do it.  After I took their picture, I asked them to take our picture there also.

Next, I took a picture of the Two Guys from Brazil...
Hi guys!!!

Having done a lot of walking today, we looked for a place to sit. so we found some place to sit at the Harley Davidson stage where the band playing at that time was SPEAKEASY from Milwaukee.  They were quite a talented group and very entertaining.

Here are a few MPEGs to show what it was like:

MOV00392
MOV00393
MOV00394

Someone projected the Harley logo on the bridge above the stage.

By nightfall, this place was getting really crowded as the Doobie Brothers were getting ready to play.

[

These guys are from South Carolina.. They took a picture of us and I took a picture of them...

The DOOBIE BROTHES was the headliner for the day....  They are still awesome after all these years...

Getting tired from all the days activities, we decided to call it a day...
As we were fighting our way through the crowd, we came upon one of the massive amounts of Miller Beer huts.. the lines were long there, also.
